33. Sales of artwork

    All sales of artwork must be conducted directly between the artist and the client. The Long Branch Arts & Cultural Center (LBACC) does not coordinate or facilitate the sale of artwork. While we are happy to promote the artwork on display and provide contact information for the artist to potential buyers, no monetary transactions or sales will take place on the premises of he art center. Furthermore, the LBACC does not take any commission from sales conducted by the artist. 

35. Delivering artwork

    Artists are recommended to hand-deliver their submitted artwork to the LBACC located at 577 Broadway Long Branch, NJ 07740, during the drop-off time and date specifically arranged with the art center.

    Any artwork intended for wall display must be pre-wired and ready for hanging to ensure proper installation.

The artist retains full responsibility for insuring their work if deemed necessary. Additionally, the Long Branch Arts and Cultural Center reserves the right to photograph and use images of the submitted artwork for promotional and documentation purposes related to the exhibition, without any compensation to the artist. Submission of artwork indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
